Professional & Strategic Experience
With over 40 years of experience in business consulting, Jüri brings deep expertise in industry transformation, international business development, and strategic leadership. His career began in developing digital tools to optimize processes across key sectors, including textile, leather, food, and services.
Over the decades, he has led international market entry and localisation projects across Scandinavia and the Baltic region, working with global partners to establish successful business operations and long-term strategic partnerships. His experience spans industries such as energy, pulp and paper, water management, and manufacturing.
Currently, he contributes to a public initiative to shape Estonia’s export strategy toward India, as well as a cross-border investment strategy between India and Estonia, reinforcing his active role in building bridges between Northern Europe and Asia.
